Links to inspiration or Pinterest/Instagram boards: TERMS + CONDITIONS Design & Fabrication Services - Hard Costs: Includes materials, fabrication, and delivery. - Soft Costs: Includes design work, renderings, models, and shop drawings. Billed at $250/hour, or 10% of project budget if predetermined. Design Deliverables - Renderings, shop drawings, samples, and design packages provided upon a 10% design deposit. - All designs subject to client review and approval prior to fabrication. Fabrication & Production - Lead Times: - Design: ~4 weeks from design deposit. - Fabrication: ~12–16 weeks from material deposit. - Lead times depend on material sourcing, vendors, permitting, site conditions, complexity, and scope. Installation & Permitting - Taylor H. Morgan Designs LLC is a product manufacturer. Installation services contracted separately via General Contractor or Client. - Client/GC responsible for permits. Permits obtained by manufacturer may incur additional charges. Rates & Fees - Hourly Rates: - Design: $250/hour - Fabrication: $300/hour - Installation: $400/hour - Payment Schedule: - 10% Design Deposit (Cost Plus) - 50% Material Deposit (Stipulated Sum) - 20% Progress Payment (Stipulated Sum) - 20% Completion Payment (Stipulated Sum) - Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest. Payment Methods - Checks payable to Taylor H. Morgan Designs LLC - ACH transfers accepted (no additional fees) - Credit card payments accepted (3.5% processing fee) Additional Terms - Storage fees of $5.00 per sq. ft. apply after 45 days post-completion. - Quotes valid for 30 days, subject to revision.
